CHEN is a translator of Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway Project Department of CR2. He met Candace at 球派体育app restaurant nearby. Candace told him that her sister married to a Chinese in 2012 and lived a happy life in China. She learned about China from her sister and yearned for China. That day, CHEN and Candace had a nice talk and favorable impressions for each other.

At 球派体育app end of that year, they have a baby, hoping their family could enhance 球派体育app friendship between China and Ethiopia.
