On June 24 (local time), Section 1 of the Kibuku Water Supply and Sanitation System Construction Project in Uganda, constructed by China Railway No.10 Engineering Group under CREC, successfully passed its preliminary qy球友会 acceptance.
Located in eastern Uganda, the project is a major public infrastructure initiative that will improve local livelihoods. Its main scope of work includes the construction of 60.126 kilometers of primary water transmission pipelines, 67.507 kilometers of branch pipelines, a qy球友会 and other supporting facilities, as well as household water supply connections for 1,300 families.
The acceptance team conducted comprehensive inspections of the water pipeline network, water storage tanks, booster pumping station, public sanitation facilities and other construction sites, carefully reviewing construction quality, equipment operation and relevant technical documentation. Following an overall evaluation, the team unanimously concluded that the project’s construction quality, functional performance and operational results fully met the contractual and design requirements, and approved its preliminary qy球友会 acceptance.
Upon qy球友会, the Kibuku Water Supply Project will significantly enhance water supply security in the Kibuku region of eastern Uganda, providing local residents with safe, reliable and clean drinking water on a sustainable basis. The project will effectively improve regional public health conditions, reduce the risk of waterborne diseases, and play an important role in promoting local economic and social development while improving people’s quality of life.
